POSITION DESCRIPTION

Title: B2B Account Representative:

Department: Sales

Status: Full Time - Hourly

Position Summary:

The B2B Account Representative responsible for supporting all aspects of sales opportunities (Sales 60%) and grass roots lead generation (Marketing 40%).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The SMA is the primary sales interface to customers and partners for Videx
  • The SMA will facilitate sales generation activities.
  • Taking sales calls
  • Daily Customer emails
  • Daily Order Entry
  • Referring customers to the appropriate partners
  • Helping customer and partners decide the correct product
  • Customer Phone/Consultative selling
  • Direct mailing and messaging follow up calls
  • Seminar sales and participation
  • Inbound Activity and proliferation of leads
  • Identify sales triggers for CyberLock and Videx products
  • The SMA will facilitate lead generation activities
  • Calling campaigns
  • email campaigns
  • Trade show booth duty
  • Seminar sales and participation

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Education/Experience:

· Minimum of three years experience working in a high tech sales environment. Knowledge of security industry a plus.

Travel

· 15% for Trade show support
