  • Own the maintenance, servicing, and repair lifecycle for the entire U.S. fleet.
  • Use maintenance-hour and flight-hour data to build predictive maintenance models that reduce in-field failures.

  • Support investigations into equipment incidents or anomalies and lead corrective actions.
  • Design and implement scalable equipment processes capable of supporting multi-state, multi-client, multi-platform operations.
  • Build systems that enable field self-service on routine troubleshooting, reducing dependency on HQ.
  • Standardize equipment kits and workflows across PGE, SCE, and emerging utility customers.
  • Create documentation, playbooks, and training resources that eliminate single points of failure.
  • Develop equipment readiness dashboards and KPIs for leadership visibility.
  • Forecast annual equipment needs, platform refresh cycles, and battery replacement programs.
  • Model CapEx requirements aligned to operational scale and revenue targets.
  • Track repair spend, lifecycles, failure trends, and cost-per-flight-hour analytics.
  • Work closely with Operations, Project Management, Planning, Data Delivery, and Field Leaders to ensure equipment needs are aligned with project timelines.
  • Participate in new client kickoffs and operational planning sessions to determine kit counts and readiness dates.
  • Train leads, supervisors, and pilots on equipment standards, best practices, care, and troubleshooting expectations.
