On behalf of our client, we're on the search for a Head of Demand Generation to own and scale their entire demand engine.
Our client is a fast-growing security startup solving one of the most pressing challenges in modern software development - and they need a demand gen leader who's ready to get hands-on and drive real pipeline as they automate an open-source vulnerability remediation - at scale.
This isn't a "manage the agency" role. You'll be strategic and embedded with Sales, Product, and the founding team - but you'll also be executing yourself.
What You'll Own:
→ Pipeline targets, planning, and execution across channels and segments
→ Multi-channel campaigns — paid, content, ABM, events — built and run by you
→ Full-funnel optimisation from first touch to closed revenue
→ Close alignment with Sales on pipeline quality and conversion
→ Continuous experimentation and performance reporting
Who You Are:
→ 5–7 years in B2B SaaS demand generation
→ You've marketed to technical audiences — engineers, security teams, DevOps leaders
→ You own pipeline numbers, not just lead volume
→ You've thrived in early-stage startup environments (Series A–C)
→ Bonus: background in cybersecurity or application security
