📍 Remote (U.S.)

💰 $50,000–$65,000 Base Salary Commission

As we continue growing, we’re looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help expand our client relationships and generate new business opportunities.


Role Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants to break into one of the fastest-growing industries in technology: cybersecurity.


You’ll work directly with leadership to identify prospects, start conversations with business leaders, and schedule qualified discovery meetings for our advisory team.


We’re looking for someone who is:

  • proactive
  • coachable
  • entrepreneurial
  • comfortable engaging executives and business owners


No deep cybersecurity background is required — we’ll help you learn the industry.



What You’ll Do
  • Identify and prospect small to mid-sized businesses (SMBs)
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and networking
  • Engage decision-makers including founders, CEOs, IT leaders, and operations executives
  • Communicate Cyberdors’ cybersecurity advisory services clearly and professionally
  • Schedule qualified discovery calls for the advisory team
  • Maintain and track outreach activities and pipeline progress
  • Collaborate on lead generation and go-to-market campaigns



What You’ll Be Selling

Primary offering:

  • Cybersecurity Risk Assessments
  • AI Trust Assessment™ (AI Governance & Risk Review)

Additional services:

  • vCISO Advisory
  • Managed Detection & Response (MDR)
  • Vulnerability Management
  • Compliance Readiness



Compensation
  • Base Salary: $50,000–$65,000
  • Commission and performance bonuses
  • Additional earning opportunities tied to closed business
  • Long-term growth and leadership opportunities as Cyberdors scales



Qualifications

Preferred:

  • 0–1 year of B2B sales, SDR, BDR, customer success, or lead generation experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Interest in cybersecurity, technology, or consulting

Bonus:

  • Experience using LinkedIn, Apollo.io, HubSpot, or CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity or IT services
