Job Description
- Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
- May coach and guide less-experienced professionals
- Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
- Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
- Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow up on problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure
- Shift: Weekend Only Shift – Sat-Sun, Sat-Sun 6 am-4 pm
- Training: Training will be Mon-Fri, 6 am-2 pm
Required Skills
- HS diploma or GED AND 10 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5 years of experience
- Hardware
- Remote Assistance
- Remote Desktop
- IAT Level 1
- CompTIA A CE
- CompTIA Network CE
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required

The salary range for this role is $30,000 - $60,000. This range is a good faith estimate that reflects various experience levels.
