We are seeking a Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human behavioral science, a passion for educaon, and a knack for wring fresh, fun, and conversaonal content that sll hits essenal learning objecves. In this role, you will be responsible for creang innovave cybersecurity and compliance e-learning materials for various global audiences.
Dues and Responsibilies
- Develop creave and engaging lessons that meet the learning objecves of each project
- Tailor content to different behavioral styles and ensure it is accessible to all learners
- Collaborate with subject mater experts, instruconal designers, and other team members to develop high-quality content
- Conduct research to understand learner needs and preferences and incorporate that informaon into the content creaon process
Skills and Qualificaons
- Bachelor's degree in Educaon, Instruconal Design, Psychology, Cybersecurity or a related field
- 2 years of experience in developing e-learning content
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and instruconal design principles
- Excellent wring skills with the ability to create content that is both engaging and informave
- Ability to work collaboravely and take feedback from other team members
- Strong problem-solving and crical-thinking skills
