Job Opening: Warehouse Manager
Location: Jerome, ID (onsite)
Salary Range: $70K - $95K (depending on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing inventory, shipping and receiving, team leadership, and ensuring efficient and safe operations across the facility.

What you will do:

• Oversee all warehouse operations including inventory, shipping, receiving, and cost control
• Manage inventory accuracy through physical counts and system reconciliation
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff while managing schedules and performance
• Monitor equipment condition and coordinate maintenance or repairs
• Implement and enforce operational policies and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support audits and maintain accurate records for inventory and reporting
• Act as subject matter expert for warehouse systems and inventory tracking

What we are looking for:

• 3 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in manufacturing or food production
• Strong knowledge of warehouse systems and inventory control processes
• Leadership experience managing teams in a warehouse environment
• Understanding of OSHA safety standards and warehouse regulations
• Strong organizational, problem solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse-related tools

Nice to have:

• Experience in cold storage or refrigerated environments
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience
• Forklift certification
