Position Overview
The Traveling Superintendent is responsible for overseeing construction projects across various locations, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires extensive travel and a strong background in commercial construction management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish in various geographic locations.
- Coordinate and direct project activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Lead project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers, to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to assess progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and change orders.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Ability to travel frequently to various project sites as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in industrial, healthcare, K-12, office buildings, warehouses, retail, TI, schools, or interiors is a plus.

Salary : $90,000 - $140,000
