Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review tax returns for C Corps, S Corps, Partnerships, and Individuals.
- Conduct tax research and planning to help clients minimize their tax liability.
- Assist in the preparation of complex tax calculations and compliance documentation.
- Manage client relationships, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Mentor and train junior tax staff, providing guidance on technical tax issues.
- Stay updated on the latest tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Assist in tax audits and correspondence with tax authorities.
- BS in Accounting or related field.
- CPA license or Enrolled Agent designation required.
- 5 years (busy seasons) of tax experience in public accounting or a corporate tax environment.
- Strong knowledge of C Corp, S Corp, 1065, 1120, 1040, 1120S, and 990 tax filings.
- Experience with tax planning and compliance for various entities including partnerships and individuals.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- $120-130k base discretionary bonuses
- 5 days a week in office schedule (hybrid considered case by case basis)

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
