Job Title: Tax Manager
Location: Memphis... Onsite initially then Hybrid flexibility
Salary: $110k-$140k Annual Bonuses Full Benefits 
Requirements: Must have S-corps, C-corps, Partnerships, Manufacturing and/or Construction experience is a Plus, Active CPA, and ideally currently be a Tax Manager in public accounting

We are now actively interviewing for a Senior Manager (CPA Required). To maximize, growth and development of our team members, this position is in-office for the first year, then shifting to hybrid, and is ideal for candidates looking to a long-term opportunity.

What You Will Be Doing

-Primarily Review and Supervision of Staff and Seniors that are preparing returns.

-Preparing complex tax planning projections for individual and corporate estimated tax liability
-Manage and monitor client deliverables and due dates
-Lead department in knowledge of software, processes, and workflows
-Conduct complex tax research and prepare memorandum outlining findings and conclusions
-Respond to IRS and state agency audits, inquires, and tax notices
-Communicate directly with existing clients, colleagues, management, and IRS representatives regarding various tax matters

What You Need for this Position

-Tax Manager 5 years experience 
- 5 years of public accounting experience
-Public Accounting
-Client Management
-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
-Must have an Active CPA license
