Position Overview
The Survey Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various surveying projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating field surveys, data analysis, and the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to support project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of surveying projects from initiation to completion.
• Conduct field surveys and manage survey crews to ensure accurate data collection.
• Analyze survey data and produce detailed reports and maps.
• Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for data visualization and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to land surveying.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements.
• Supervise and mentor junior survey staff and provide training as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Licensed Land Surveyor with a valid Land Surveyors License.
• Proven experience in managing surveying projects and leading survey teams.
• Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and GIS software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
