- Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective service and inspection clients
- Identify opportunities for fire protection inspections, testing, maintenance, and service work
- Coordinate closely with service, inspections, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare proposals, scope reviews, and pricing for service-related work
- Serve as a point of contact for customers throughout the service lifecycle
- Maintain accurate records of customer activity, opportunities, and follow-ups
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in fire protection service, inspections, or related sales roles
- Strong understanding of fire protection systems, inspections, and ongoing service needs
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers
- Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with contractors, property managers, or facility teams preferred
