The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mechanical construction, particularly in HVAC systems, and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate project execution and resolve any issues that arise.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on HVAC and mechanical construction.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

Salary : $120,000 - $190,000
