Litigation Associate Attorney

Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated trial-focused attorney with 2-3 years of insurance defense experience. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, work closely with partners, and play a vital role in case strategy, research, and legal documentation.
Responsibilities
- Represent insurance companies in civil litigation cases
- Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and conduct legal research
- Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation
- Manage cases through trial, negotiation, and settlement
- Maintain strong client and insurance carrier relationships
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 2-3 years of insurance defense litigation experience
- Trial experience preferred
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage caseload efficiently and work collaboratively
