Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in complex family law cases, including divorce, custody, support, and high-asset disputes
- Manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motions, trials, and appeals
- Provide high-quality legal counsel with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with a dedicated team, including assigned discovery attorneys and forensic CPAs
- Maintain client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
- Contribute to a positive team culture through professionalism and teamwork
- Active California State Bar membership in good standing
- Significant family law litigation experience required; CFLS certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Excellent communication, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
