Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site support for automation systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with automation equipment and welding processes (welding experience not required)
- Conduct regular maintenance and service checks on machinery to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Train clients on the operation and maintenance of automation systems
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related experience
- Proven experience in automation and field service
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required
- Robotics experience (Fanuc, ABB or other)
- Willing to learn welding
- Mechanical or electrical experience
