- Assess and identify tax compliance and consulting needs of the client
- Review complex tax returns: individual (1040), estate (1041) and some partnership (1065) tax returns
- Review complex tax computations, workpapers, and tax entries
- Proactively identify new and additional service opportunities and offer recommendations
- Oversee the delegation of tasks to appropriate members of the PCS team
- Responsible for signing tax returns
- Manage year-end planning and quarterly tax estimates
- Oversee processes addressing IRS or State Taxing Authority notices
- Delegate and oversee the initial preparation and set-up of client files
- Research tax laws and offer guidance on complex tax technical issues
- At least 5 yrs of Public accounting experience
- At least 2 yrs of Management experience
- Active CPA license
- Extensive 1040/1041 experience
- Experience with 1065 is a plus
- Competitive Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 (DOE)
