Established (85 Years) Premier Firm Seeking Business and Real Estate Attorney for Business and Real Estate Law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

An established firm based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with over 85 years in practice is seeking a Business and Real Estate Attorney with 3 years of experience to join their team onsite. This Business and Real Estate Attorney will have experience handling commercial transactions, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and corporate matters, advising closely held businesses, developers, and investors on a wide range of transactional and advisory matters.
Offer:
Salary range: $115,000-$135,000 , contingent on experience

Qualifications:
Active Pennsylvania Bar admission in good standing
3 years of experience in business and real estate law
Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and real estate agreements
Background advising businesses on entity formation, governance, and transactions
Strong analytical, drafting, and client communication skills
Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial real estate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents
Advising clients on real estate development, zoning, and land use matters
Handling business transactions including entity formation, mergers, acquisitions, and asset sales
Providing ongoing general counsel support to business clients
Collaborating with other practice groups to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
