Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure product quality and safety.
- Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes and quality control systems to ensure compliance with FDA regulations.
- Lead and manage a team of quality assurance and control personnel, providing training and support as needed.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve product quality and streamline processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of FDA regulations and quality standards.
- Proven experience in conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.

Salary : $70,000 - $110,000
