Remodel Project Manager

Position Overview
We're an established design-build firm seeking experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage luxury residence remodeling projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of remodeling projects for luxury residences.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop project timelines and budgets, and maintain accurate records of expenses and schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the remodeling process promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or remodeling industry, particularly with luxury residences.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project management best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with design concepts and high-end finishes is a plus.
