Position Overview
Stable company with 50 year track record of success seeks a Civil Project Manager/Estimator with 10 years civil experience. 

In this role, successful candidates will estimate and manage the projects that they win.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage infrastructure projects (particularly highway and bridge) from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including clients, contractors, and government agencies such as the Massachusetts Department of Transportation.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare detailed cost estimates for projects.
• Oversee field operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Review and approve submittals and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
• Utilize project management software such as Primavera P6 and Sage Software for scheduling and estimating.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders, showcasing strong written and oral communication skills.

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of civil project management and/or estimating experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Bid-2-Win, Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Sage Software, INSITE, or similar.
• Field experience in highway and bridge construction projects is preferred.
