What You'll Do
- Lead digital marketing projects from kickoff to completion
- Coordinate with designers, developers, content creators, and strategists
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple campaigns
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams
- Identify risks early and resolve issues proactively
- Drive continuous improvement and suggest new ideas
- 5 years of project management experience (agency experience is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree required
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, SEO, Google Analytics, and paid media
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A digital-first mindset and understanding of modern marketing channels
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
