Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Architect with a focus on public sector projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design and execution of architectural projects that serve governmental and institutional clients. This role requires a strong proficiency in Revit and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs that meet the needs of the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design projects from conceptualization to completion, focusing on public sector needs.
• Utilize Revit for creating detailed architectural drawings and models.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to establish project goals and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and standards, particularly those relevant to public buildings.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to inform design decisions and maintain project quality.
• Prepare and present design proposals and project updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Architect with relevant experience in public sector projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software.
• At least 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on public, institutional, or civic projects.
• Strong understanding of ADA guidelines and public building codes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
