This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies to drive product success.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders and the development team.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, developers, marketing and Sales to deliver innovative SaaS solutions.
- Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, users and market research to inform product decisions and enhance user experience.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria and detailed product specifications.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product growth.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Must have proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience with Product Management tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management principles.
- Strong understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle.
- Experience with data analysis and using data to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a focus on stakeholder management.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
