We were founded in 2020 by a team of veterans in Silicon Valley, and our mission is to accelerate AI computing in data centers and HPC by introducing high-performance, power-efficient, scalable, and cost-effective interconnect solutions. AI computing and data center architectures are undergoing a fundamental transformation of disaggregation and composability, driven by the enablement of CXL (Computing Express Link) technology.
We are working on a CXL/PCIe-based chip for cloud computing applications. We're expanding our team and looking to add a Principal Validation Engineer. This person must be hands-on but will have the opportunity to grow and lead a team in the future.

In this role, you will formulate a comprehensive post-Silicon validation plan, automate the testing of ICs and board products, design experiments to root-cause unexpected behavior, report results and specification compliance, and work with key internal customers to quantify margins and ensure robustness.
- Drive the Infrastructure development for robust SerDes and other High-Speed interface IP integration, debug, test, and characterization for multiple platforms
- Execute on the validation plan promptly using standard test equipment such as Waveform Generators, Oscilloscopes, Network Analyzers, etc, and in-house tools
- Work with designers to debug, understand, and document any issues that may arise during validation and do a root cause analysis to drive closure
- Conduct system testing, characterization, margin analysis, and optimization of high-speed PCIe/CXL data links over long and short channels
- Contribute to the definition and development of high-speed SerDes IP product specifications.
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to resolve hardware issues and optimize results
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize parametric yield from high-volume ATE tests
- Define and implement System-level testing and characterization of High-Speed interfaces.
- Provide engineering support to customers where needed
