The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining PLC programs to ensure the efficient operation of our automation systems, particularly in the Oil & Gas industry. This role requires a strong understanding of PLC programming and related technologies to optimize system performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement PLC programs for various automation systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing PLC systems and programs.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to integrate PLCs with HMI and SCADA systems.
- Utilize software tools such as Allen Bradley, Redlion, and Crimson for programming and configuration.
- Conduct testing and validation of PLC programs to ensure they meet project specifications.
- Document programming changes and maintain accurate records of PLC configurations and updates.
- Provide support for field installations and commissioning of PLC systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field would be nice but not required.
- Proven experience in PLC programming, particularly with Allen Bradley controllers.
- Familiarity with Redlion, Crimson, HMI, and SCADA systems.
- Knowledge of EasyBuilder software is a plus.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Salary : $100,000 - $135,000
