Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paraplanner to support our financial advisory team in delivering exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation of financial plans, conduct research, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, playing a key role in helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Financial Advisors in developing comprehensive financial plans for clients.
• Conduct research on investment products and market trends to support financial recommendations.
• Prepare and review financial documents and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and update client records in our CRM system to ensure information is current and accessible.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and address their inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar financial advisory role.
• Strong understanding of financial planning principles and investment strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with CRM software.
• CFP, CFA, or relevant financial certifications are a plus.
