An established firm based in Los Angeles with over 20 years in practice is seeking a Family Law Paralegal with 3 years of experience to join their team onsite. This Paralegal will have experience with Family Law, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while supporting attorneys in litigation and client matters.
Offer
Salary range: $85,000-$110,000, contingent on experience

Qualifications
Must have at least 3 years of experience in family law.
Proficiency in California family law procedures and court filings.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Draft and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and client meetings.
Manage case files and maintain accurate records.
Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
Conduct legal research and summarize findings.
