- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources to generate new loan business.
- Conduct financial analysis to assess customer eligibility for mortgage products.
- Provide clients with information on various mortgage options and assist them in selecting the best product for their needs.
- Ensure all loan applications are completed accurately and comply with regulatory standards.
- Negotiate loan terms and conditions with clients and financial institutions to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Stay updated on market trends and mortgage products to provide informed advice to clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the loan process, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the mortgage or financial services industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship management.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations related to lending and mortgage products.
- Excellent financial analysis and credit analysis skills.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
- In-depth knowledge of various mortgage products and market conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
