Operations Manager/Branch Manager - Commercial Door (Relocation to Seattle Required)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager/Branch Manager to oversee our Commercial Door division in Seattle. This role is critical in ensuring efficient operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth while maintaining high standards of customer service and quality in our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality service delivery.
- Lead, train, and mentor branch staff to achieve individual and team goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expand market presence in the commercial doors sector.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the branch operations.
- Analyze branch performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 4 years of Commercial Doors and Hardware experience(pedestrian entry way, not overhead).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the commercial doors or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Division 8 products and commercial door specifications.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
