Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled 365 Systems Administrator to manage and maintain our Microsoft 365 environment. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operation of cloud services and provide technical support for end-users, enabling efficient use of Microsoft 365 tools and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 environment including user accounts and licenses
- Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Implement and manage single sign-on solutions for enhanced user experience
- Monitor and optimize system performance and security compliance
- Perform regular backups and recovery procedures to safeguard data
- Collaborate with IT support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Assist in system configuration and virtualization tasks
- Manage Azure Active Directory and ensure proper user management practices
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Familiarity with iPad and mobile device management
- Strong knowledge of single sign-on technologies
- Experience with Exchange Online and SharePoint preferred
- Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and scripting
- Understanding of security compliance and best practices
- Experience with backup and recovery solutions
- Knowledge of cloud services and system configuration
- Experience with IT support and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory

Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
