Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in the development, implementation, and support of software applications, particularly in the fields of Building Management Systems (BMS) and SCADA. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects and gain hands-on experience in the engineering and technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of software applications related to BMS and SCADA systems.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve software code issues.
- Participate in the testing and validation of new software features and functionalities.
- Support clients with software installation and configuration processes.
- Gather and analyze user requirements and feedback for continuous improvement of applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Relevant internships or work experience in software development or application engineering.
- Strong software code troubleshooting skills.
- Basic knowledge of SCADA and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
