Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Job Captain with expertise in DSA and K-12 projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the design and delivery of school modernization projects, ensuring that all construction documents are accurate and compliant with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the production of construction documents for K-12 educational facilities
• Collaborate with project architects and engineers to develop project design solutions
• Ensure that all designs comply with DSA regulations and standards
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines
• Assist in coordinating with contractors and consultants during the construction phase
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
• Proficient in Revit and other design software
• Strong knowledge of DSA regulations and K-12 educational facility design
• Experience with school modernization projects and construction documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
