The attorney will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop robust defense strategies while managing case timelines effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in insurance defense litigation cases in court and during depositions.
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Conduct legal research to support case strategies and develop arguments.
- Manage client relationships by providing regular case updates and addressing concerns.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to strategize case approaches.
- Participate in mediations and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
- Stay updated on legal developments and changes in insurance defense law.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
- Strong knowledge of insurance law and litigation processes.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Effective communication and client management skills.

Salary : $130,000 - $180,000
