This role is crucial in advocating for individuals and families seeking to achieve their immigration goals, or struggling with the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on immigration law and procedures
- Prepare and file immigration applications and petitions
- Represent clients in immigration court and during hearings
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in immigration law
- Assist clients with appeals and trial preparation
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide regular updates on their cases
- Collaborate with other legal professionals and stakeholders in immigration matters
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active member of the Colorado Bar (CO Bar)
- 1 Year Immigration Law Experience
- Strong knowledge of USCIS processes and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Experience with employment-based immigration is a plus
- Familiarity with appeals and trial processes is a plus
Salary: $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
