HVAC Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an HVAC Service Technician to service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is a dependable, customer-focused professional with hands-on HVAC experience and the ability to diagnose and resolve heating and cooling system issues efficiently while maintaining a safe and professional work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous HVAC technician experience required
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• EPA certification preferred
• NATE certification preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and determine necessary repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Communicate repair recommendations and findings with customers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all job sites
• Follow company safety procedures and safe driving practices
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Complete service records and work orders accurately
• Deliver exceptional customer service and professionalism on every service call
• Ensure all work is completed according to industry standards and company expectations
