Head of IT Infrastructure and Cloud Services - HybridBase $200K depending on experience, 17.5% bonus and stock optionsPosition OverviewThe Head of IT Infrastructure and Cloud Services (Director level reporting to CIO) will be responsible for overseeing and advancing the company's IT infrastructure and cloud service strategies. This role will focus on developing a vision and strategic direction for IT infrastructure, ensuring robust and scalable systems to support the global operations of the organization, while effectively managing vendors and budgets.This key leadership role will report up to the CIO and own teams globally for cloud services, communications, network services, datacenter, servers, storage and the helpdesk. You will start with a team of about 10 potentially building it out to about 40 team members. We are looking for someone who grew up through corporate and has built a global infrastructure environment or inherited the entire infrastructure scope.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the IT infrastructure and cloud services department, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.Develop and implement a strategic vision for IT infrastructure and cloud services, including IaaS, CaaS and PaaS solutions.Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including storage, network, and disaster recovery systems.Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure IT strategies support global business initiatives.Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs and service delivery.Establish and manage budgets for IT infrastructure projects and services, ensuring effective allocation of resources.Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the IT infrastructure domain, keeping current with industry trends and best practices.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field10 years in technology leadership roles focused in IT infrastructure and cloud services.Experience leading infrastructure in a global organization.Experience leading all IT teams, networking, servers, storage, communications, desktop and the helpdesk.Strong knowledge of cloud computing technologies, including IaaS, CaaS and PaaS.Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects and budgets.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.Strategic thinking abilities with a strong vision for IT infrastructure and cloud innovations.Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations.Demonstrated knowledge of current and emerging technologies.BenefitsMedical, Dental, VisionBonusStock Options401KPTOHolidays
