Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including grading, dirtwork, and clearing activities.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Lead and mentor construction teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety inspections.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of grading, dirtwork, and clearing processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and practices.
