We're seeking a sharp, driven General Liability Defense Attorney to join our team and contribute to our legacy of success.
What You'll Do
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
- Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Conduct strategic legal research and analysis
- Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes with precision
- Advise clients on litigation strategy and risk
- Manage a diverse caseload with autonomy and efficiency
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys and dedicated support staff
- JD from an accredited law school and license to practice law
- 3 years of litigation experience, ideally in insurance defense, premises liability, or commercial disputes
- Exceptional writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive both independently and in a team
- Strong analytical thinking and a solutions-oriented approach
- Work on high-impact cases that influence industries and shape legal precedent
