Key Responsibilities
- Perform window repair and installation services at client locations.
- Conduct carpentry work as needed to support window and door installations.
- Utilize Windows Suite applications for job documentation and reporting.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and needs.
- Operate the WebWindowCare system for scheduling and job tracking.
- Maintain an organized inventory of tools and materials for efficient service delivery.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- 2 years of experience installing and repairing windows and doors
- Carpentry skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with Windows Suite and WebWindowCare applications.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
