Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Analyze blueprints and project specifications to determine project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to discuss costs and communicate budgeting needs.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on pricing trends and adjust estimates accordingly.
- Review and assess bids from subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Proven experience as an Estimator
- Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
- Familiarity with estimating software and tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
