- Review project plans and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for various construction projects.
- Conduct site visits to gather information on project scope and conditions.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure estimates align with project goals.
- Utilize AGTEK and other estimating software tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze historical data to inform future estimates and identify trends in project costs.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on estimates to stakeholders and clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an estimator in the construction industry.
- Familiarity with AGTEK and other construction estimating software.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs.
- Experience with data center, earthwork, industrial, and commercial projects is a plus.
