About The Role
You'll play a key role in developing and implementing wealth preservation strategies, business succession plans, and family-office solutions for high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate brings a creative approach to legal problem-solving and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Draft estate planning documents including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts (e.g., IDGTs).
- Advise on income, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning.
- Assist with probate and trust/estate administration.
- Collaborate with colleagues in a setting that values open dialogue and shared success.
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; active Florida Bar membership.
- 5 years of relevant estate planning and tax experience.
- Strong legal writing and research skills.
- Prior law firm experience required.
- CPA, accounting degree, or LL.M. in Tax strongly preferred.
