We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Associate Attorney to join our employment practice group in Boston. The successful candidate will provide expert legal counsel on a variety of employment law matters, representing clients in litigation and helping them navigate complex employment issues. Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review employee handbooks and policies to ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.
- Provide legal advice and counseling to clients on employment law matters, including breach of contract and retaliation claims.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and discovery materials.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs on employment law topics.
- Stay updated on changes in employment law and provide training to clients and colleagues as needed.
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- Active license to practice in MA- license in RI is a plus!
- 4 years of experience in employment law, with a focus on litigation.
- Strong understanding of employment regulations and labor laws.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Salary : $135,000 - $200,000
