A well-established plaintiff's personal injury firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their team. We will accept mid-level candidates, but ideally this attorney will serve as a lead trial lawyer, managing and litigating complex personal injury matters from inception through verdict. This role offers significant earning potential, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact for clients.
Offer:
$175,000 - $225,000 base salary, contingent on experience
Performance-based compensation including a percentage of case fees averaging 10-20%, depending on experience
Full-time, in-person to start with transition to Monday/Friday remote flexibility
Qualifications:
6 years of litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury matters
Trial experience strongly preferred; the ideal candidate is prepared to serve as lead trial counsel
Active Bar license in good standing
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
Responsibilities:
Serving as lead trial attorney on complex personal injury cases
Managing a full caseload from intake through resolution, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial proceedings
Conducting depositions, drafting motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents
Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
Developing litigation strategies and advising clients throughout the legal process
Collaborating with firm leadership and support staff to deliver optimal client outcomes
