Location: Waterbury, CT
Salary: $70K-$120K base (salary depends on experience) 

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to oversee electrical installations and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work and project management, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation teams on-site.
• Ensure all electrical installations comply with NEC and safety regulations.
• Review and interpret electrical plans and specifications.
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure project success.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks on all electrical work.
• Provide training and support to junior electricians and apprentices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or in a similar role.
• CT License 
• Some combination of Commercial, Industrial, Mission Critical, Light Commercial, Data Center experience preferred 
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
• Experience with estimating electrical plans and bid take-offs is a plus.
• Familiarity with software such as Accubid and Bluebeam is desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
