You will manage various corporate legal functions, including drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting in mergers and acquisitions ect. Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review corporate contracts and agreements
- Assist in corporate governance matters and maintain corporate records
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
- Manage case files and maintain organized documentation
- Prepare and file regulatory submissions and compliance reports
- Support mergers and acquisitions by conducting due diligence
- Assist in the preparation of intellectual property filings
- Collaborate with attorneys on litigation matters and case management
- Provide support for venture capital and business formation activities
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including FDA requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in paralegal studies or Paralegal Certification preferred
- 4 years of experience as a paralegal - focus on corporate law
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance and compliance requirements
- Proficient in drafting contracts and legal documents
- Experience with regulatory filings and case management
- Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions processes
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and FDA compliance
- Excellent legal writing and research skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Competitive Compensation plan ranging from $60,000.00 - $85,000.00/year(based on experience)
