We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to design, develop, and implement control systems for our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation and a deep understanding of PLC programming and various control technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop control systems for manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems for optimal performance.
- Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance of control systems to ensure continuous operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems with existing machinery.
- Create and maintain documentation for control system designs and modifications.
- Implement safety standards and best practices in control system design.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in controls engineering or automation.
- Proficient in PLC programming with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and Fanuc systems.
- Experience with HMI and SCADA systems such as Wonderware and Rockwell.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and programming languages such as Ladder Logic.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD for designing control system layouts.
