Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate concrete operations on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage and lead the concrete crew and subcontractors.
- Schedule and plan concrete pours and related activities.
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades for project timelines.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of concrete materials and supplies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress reports.
- Proven experience as a Concrete Superintendent or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with safety regulations in the construction industry.

Salary : $70,000 - $130,000
