The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-quality precision parts. This role requires a strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy in production.
Key Responsibilities
- Program CNC milling machines using MasterCAM and G-Code to create precise components.
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines, ensuring correct tooling and workpiece alignment.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and machining processes.
- Perform quality control checks on finished parts to ensure adherence to specifications and tolerances.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and implement solutions to maintain production efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
- 3 years CNC Machinist Programmer with a focus on milling
- Proficiency in MasterCAM and CNC programming.
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and practices.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience with precision measurement tools and quality control procedures.
- Knowledge of tooling, G-Code, and machine setup and operation.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
